Our most popular plan includes unlimited 30 minute jobs which can be used for anything from sending site updates and blog posts to layout and font changes. There’s no risk, you can cancel at any time. Just give us 30 days notice. If you change your mind and need more or less support, changing plans is easy. Allow us 24 hours during business days to setup your plan and you’re good to go!

No, the 30 mins on the starter plan resets each month. This enables us to provide you with immediate support.
This is one of the great benefits of being on one of our plans. Free malware cleanup and security checks are standard, so you can rest assured that your site is protected.
We can make content updates, theme or stylesheet adjustments, install new plugins, configure forms and much more. From code to general WordPress issues, we’ll take care of almost anything that can be done within 30 minutes.
If we estimate a task to take more than 30 minutes, we’ll give you the option to purchase a Medium (1 hr – $195) or Large (2 hr – $395) one-off task. If the task is even larger, we can quote you on the development time.
We strive to complete all tasks within 8 business hours but it usually happens MUCH faster. Our business hours are currently Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm
Although our plans are for sites we build or re-design, we welcome clients who are looking for a long term relationship with a dedicated WordPress team. We first like to do an initial Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and any potential issues that could arise. From here we’ll let you know if you need one of our website tuneups to breath new life into your website. Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvements needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly plan.
